Photoshoot set-up and review

Photoshoot set-up and review

We set up two 500 watt lights with a variable resister box to control the lighting.

We were shooting the photos in the Cinema so that we could use the white background of the Cinema screen.

We experimented with the lighting levels and with/without flash.

We achieved some results that we were incredibly pleased with and others that were undesirable for the effect we wanted.

This is an example of an undesirable experimental lighting shot that we took. The white balance was way too high for any useful shot to be captured.

In this picture I am showing Poppy and Callum how I would like them to pose. On the iPad that I'm holding I had loaded up over 30 existing romantic-comedy posters that we were emulating as well as some poster ideas of our own that Callum and I had come up with by combining certain things about other posters
